Make this your year to PAY DOWN DEBT
The start of a New Year is a great time to think about debt consolidation. Minimizing your bills into one solid monthly payment will help you better manage your finances. In addition to saving on interest, the money previously paid toward debt could be channeled into savings that can grow significantly over time.
Here are a few other good ways to tackle that debt:
- Prioritize those with high-interest, like credit card balances.
- Work on paying off your smallest debt first to keep your motivation going.
- Trim your spending and use the extra funds to maximize payments.
- Once one debt is paid, move on to the next one on your list.
Give us a call and see how we can help, whether by transferring high-rate balances, consolidating with a home equity loan or simply by helping you review the options.
