Dominion Energy Credit Union will not calculate or translate your GPA to a 4.0 scale. If students cannot send a GPA at the correct scale, they are welcome to still apply, but we will not calculate their GPA for them.

Click “Password Recovery” below the log-in box. Unfortunately, we cannot recover usernames. If a student is having trouble getting the password recovery email successfully or does not remember their username, they will need to create a new login with a different email address. They will have to redo any information entered under the old login.

You can start an application to finish later. However, once you apply you will not be allowed to make any changes. Please double check your application before you submit it.

Dominion Energy Credit Union will notify recipients by the end of May. Recipients are published in the Summer Moneyline.

Scholarship monies are sent directly to the student’s college or university. Students are required to send Dominion Energy Credit Union a copy of their tuition bill before funds are disbursed. Recipients will receive a letter with information on how to request the check to be sent to their college/university. Recipients can send as soon as they have enrolled in fall classes and received their tuition bill.

Get the member’s name and the email address used. Send this information to Jessi or Natalie. They will ask the web vendor to delete the previous year’s login information. This may take a few days to turnaround.

It may be quicker to advise the member to use a new email address (if they have one available) and set-up a new account.
